This service is for repairing laptop computers. The price is for shipping the device back just in case we don’t agree on a price or if it is too expensive.
( WE OFFER IN HOUSE FINANCING JUST IN CASE!!!)
After service is complete, oh or if you choose not to have your computer fixed. This is considered a drop-off service, and all drop-off services are eligible for a free diagnostic!! After a diagnostic is complete, we will contact you to discuss your options of repairs.
Most items can be diagnosed over the phone after hearing symptoms. Now THATS a good computer doctor :)) THATS usually better to know how much your paying before you get all involved I know it’s scary to send off your baby you laid lots of money for. I got it don’t worry.
Once you purchase the initial eBay post, I’ll be sending you a shipping label so you can box it up and send it out. If you go by the local Usps office you can get the medium size flat rate box and that should fit most laptops and it’s FREEEE :))

When shipping: Please package your laptop securely with the appropriate box, all necessary packaging and insurance if you feel it is necessary. We will not be held responsible for any packages damaged while in transit. it does not cover the initial cost.
Warranty: warranty on the repairs will start once you receive your item, receive time is calculated by the tracking number. Your warranty is for 30 days, it only covers the repair we performed, it does not cover any new issues that might arise. The buyer will be responsible for shipping the item to us to perform the repairs.
