The TEC2261‑4 Programmable Heating and Cooling
LONWORKS® thermostat
provides control of single stage heating and cooling units.   These devices provide energy savings in high‑energy usage light commercial buildings such as schools, hotels and office buildings. The devices maximize these energy savings by using additional setpoint strategies during occupied times. The technologically advanced thermostat features a Building Automation System (BAS) LONWORKS Network communication capability that enables remote monitoring and programming for efficient space temperature control. The thermostat uses an intuitive, plain text, menu‑driven, backlit display that makes setup and operation quick and easy. The thermostat uses a unique, Proportional‑Integral (PI) time‑proportioning control algorithm that virtually eliminates temperature offset associated with traditional differential‑based thermostat controllers.
The thermostat operates on 19 to 30 VAC, 24 VAC nominal, 2 VA.  Fan, heating and cooling relay contacts are rated at 1A maximum at 19 to 30 VAC.  Internal temperature sensor is a 10k ohm Type II NTC thermistor.   A
backlit Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) offers real-time control status of the environment in easy-to-read, English text messages with a constant backlight that brightens during user interaction. Heating range is 40 to 90 degrees F.  Cooling range is 54 to 100 degrees F.
The thermostat measures 4.94" high x 3.38" wide x 1.13" deep.
