IDX System Technology CW-1 Overview
The
IDX CW-1 Wireless HDMI Video Transmission System
is a wireless transmitter/receiver set that transmits video signals up to 1080i60 uncompressed, with embedded audio, on the license-free 5 GHz frequency band. It supports transmissions up to 300 ft line-of-sight with less than 1 ms latency in interference-free environments, and 30 to 150 ft line-of-sight in average environments. It uses WHDI smart antenna transmission technology.
An AC power adapter is included for the receiver, and a USB-to-USB cable is included for powering the transmitter off any USB power source, such as a computer.
