Assemblage Art Collage Cross Shrine Folk Purple Green Hope Is Key Mixed Media

-This piece of folk art is made from reclaimed objects. the objects may have signs of previous lives.
-I hand cut a reclaimed piece of wood to make this cross. (I don't like patterns, so it is perfectly imperfect.)
-Embedded in the found object mosaic piece, is a vast variety of mainly green objects.
-You will also find the word "HOPE", giving the piece it's name..."Hope is Key"
-The wooden box has been painted a lightly distressed grungy purple.
-Sawtooth hanger on back for hanging, but it is a large piece and may be best standing on it's own.
-Measures approx.  19" x 12" x just over 3"
-Colors will vary on different monitors and in different lights.
-The whole piece has been sealed many times and is considered to be water resistant.  It kind of  gives the grout a wet concrete kind of look.
